We accept washers, dryers, stoves, filing cabinets, old bed frames, old I-beams, scrap metal from welding projects, old lawn mowers, sheet metal and TONS of other steel products for recycling.

What about non ferrous metals? Buckle up my friend.

We barely have time to scratch the surface here but if you have nonferrous materials to scrap we take it. We take extruded aluminum, sheet aluminum, cast aluminum, 6061 aluminum, aluminum cans, and aluminum wheels.

We're also a solid go to for copper and brass scrap. We take bare bright copper, copper tubing, copper fittings, clean brass such as plumbing elbows, or old brass trinkets, mixed brass such as old kitchen and bathroom faucets, or outside faucets. and copper wire too! We accept insulated copper wire, to romex, to data wire (CAT 5/ CAT 6), old extension cords, all the way to Christmas Lights.

We Help You Sort Your Material Here On Site

While we won't speak for other scrap yards in our area, we will make a generic statement.

Some scrap metal facilities require your material to be separated before you arrive to their facility. If your material is not sorted properly, they sometimes will purchase it as a lower grade of scrap metal and then sort it out after the fact, taking the financial upgrade for themselves.

Here at A&A Metal Recyclers, we just don't think that's the right approach for our customers. When you arrive at A&A, we have a convenience lot if you need a place to sort out your scrap metal. Don't know what you have? That's fine too! If you need help, just grab one of our team members and they will assist you in sorting your material ensuring that you will get the highest value for your material. Besides, we love talking scrap with anyone.

We Have The Best Hours

We said it. We stand by it. We have the BEST hours of any scrap metal yard in the area. Why is that? For your convenience. We firmly believe recycling your scrap metal should be easy and convenient.

That's why Monday to Friday, we open at 9:00 AM and stay open all the way to 7:00 PM. Yeah, sure, that makes for some long days but do we mind? Nope. We want our customers to have a wide open window when visiting us. While other yards shut their gates at 4:00 PM, we're still cranking out the scrap here at A&A Recycling.

Can't visit us during the week? Yeah, we get it, you're busy. We're open Saturday and Sunday too.

Saturday we service customers from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM and Sunday we are open from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Ever heard of a scrap yard open on Sunday? Well now you have. We're the only scrap metal facility open 7 days a week.

We're Fair and Honest

Again, we won't make any accusations about other scrap facilities in the Cincinnati or Tri-State area, but we are proud to tell you about our practices here at A&A Metal Recycling.

We have several different sizes of rolling bins, hand held bins, and buckets here at our facility that are labeled with our logo and tare weight of the bin. This provides convenience for our customers when sorting and transporting the materials to the scale area and also ensures accurate weights on your materials.

While at the scale, we have a digital display that is located above the scale, well within view for our customers. This provides transparency and peace of mind that the weight on your ticket is the weight that is what you see on the digital display.

Speaking of scales and accurate weights. Did you know that our scales are calibrated twice a year and certified by the local county Weights & Measures department every single year? Now you do. This helps us to ensure that our scales are accurate and honest.

Forget to sort some of your material out before you got to the scale? That's ok too. As mentioned earlier, some facilities will just grade your material at a lower grade. Not us, we will give you credit on your ticket for materials that have a higher value.
